Planning a wedding in another country is never simple, but it doesn’t have to be hard. I’ll do the heavy lifting on logistics so you can focus on your vision for your big day.
First calls
A conversation, not a pitch
We start with the two of you. How you met, who is coming, why Mérida, and what you want the weekend to feel like. We will get to budget, and I will be straightforward about what is realistic here.
Planning
Video calls, and a lot of them
I bring you options for the venue, the food, the flowers, the music. Then I set up and run calls with each of the vendors who would be working on your wedding, so you can meet them properly and decide together rather than approving a list.
If you find someone yourselves, a photographer you love or a florist from Instagram, I will fold them in to your wedding day.
A weekend here
You come and see it
Months before the wedding, most couples come for a few days. I organize it: the venues in person, a tasting with the caterer, the bar, a hair/makeup trial, dinner at the places worth your time.
The Wedding
You enjoy it, I handle everything
Timeline, vendors, transport, guests, and whatever comes up. I am there from setup to the last song, doing the running around so you don’t have to worry about any of it.

The florist is not just a florist. The chef is not a caterer. These are people I have worked with for years, whose kids I know, who will tell me honestly when an idea of mine will not work.
